IBI sponsers user groups for all IBI Products. They have regional chapters that hold meetings. They also have a newsletter and an extensive library. Check their website for information and schedules.
IBI also has a yearly Tech Summit. Tech Summit 2002 will be held in Baltimore May 21-24. This is where you can hear from IBI product managers, experienced users, third party consultants, and industry experts.

Information Builders News,
is the IBI house journal. While it is a marketing vehicle, it
does provide good information on what other people are doing as well as
product information.
Information Builders Manuals
are an excellent source of information. The mainframe manuals actually
have more information on the language syntax than does the WebFOCUS
manuals. You may want to consider getting a copy. Also, keep them.
Features may no longer be in the manuals, but they are still in the code.
This has saved me more than once.
FOCUS
KEYSHEET is a cross reference guide of all the FOCUS commands across 12
platforms. Its available from Aviter Inc.. They also publish the WebFOCUS
KEYSHEET (distributed by IBI).
Denis Wicks maintains a listing of FOCUS positions and people who are available either full time or on a consulting basis.
